Teacher Training
Our Classical Pilates Teacher Training Program uses a system-based approach to enable you to work with clients with various needs and at multiple levels. We’re a true mentoring program with active feedback at each stage and we’re always available for questions that come up.
We train apprentices in the Classical Pilates techniques that Joseph Pilates created, using a system-based formula for each workout. Our 500-hour program will ensure that instructors know how to train, progress, challenge, and inspire clients effectively and safely.
